The apartment is in a fantastic location, afew minutes walk to the chairlift, afew minutes in the opposite direction to supermarkets and resturants.The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Gianluca and Lucia were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts, always available and truly attentive to every detail. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and even more charming than in the photos.The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from the ski lifts and perfectly positioned to enjoy the village. After a day on the slopes, coming back to such a comfortable and well‑kept home was a real pleasure.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended in every way.  Verificata Si dice che la perfezione non sia di questo mondo, ma se sarete ospiti di Gian Luca scoprirete che non è affatto vero. L’appartamento è semplicemente impeccabile: finemente ristrutturato, estremamente funzionale e curato in ogni dettaglio. Non manca davvero nulla, la cucina è super accessoriata con piastra a induzione, lavastoviglie e forno microonde/grill. Posto auto in garage con annesso ski-box. Posizione top, comodissima per spostarsi e godersi la zona. Pulizia impeccabile, tutto perfetto al nostro arrivo. Gian Luca è un host eccezionale: disponibile, gentile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Soggiorno da 10 e lode, consigliatissimo!

 Verificata Purtroppo si è appena concluso il nostro soggiorno presso Casa Sofia. L’appartamento rispetta perfettamente le foto che avevamo visto nell’annuncio: è soleggiato con possibilità di due balconi in cui prendere il sole tutto il giorno, con bella vista su prato e montagne,silenziosissimo,fornito di tutto il necessario per 4/6 persone,pulitissimo. Da sottolineare presenza di posto auto coperto,lavatrice,microonde e lavastoviglie. Lucia e Gian Luca ci hanno accolti in maniera premurosa e attenta e si sono sempre dimostrati disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Sauze d’Oulx è un paese delizioso e la posizione strategica dell’alloggio ci ha permesso di viverlo quotidianamente senza difficoltà e stress. Infatti a pochi metri avevamo a disposizione supermercato, panetteria, bar e vari servizi. Inoltre è presente un bel campetto giochi per bambini e l’appartamento dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla Parrocchia. Non ci rimane che caldeggiare di cuore questa soluzione per le vostre vacanze!
